Treaty Energy Corp., Houston, (OTCBB: TECO) plans to acquire 56 wells on 600 acres near Converse, Louisiana, from an undisclosed seller for $1 million. Treaty will pay $350,000 in cash and $650,000 owner financing for one year. Additionally, Treaty will repurchase a 6% royalty for $20,000 which will allow the company an 81% net of royalty interest.
