North West Oil Group Inc., Moscow, (Pink Sheets: NWOG) plans to merge with Russia-based NK Saratovneftegeofizika for US$80 million. Saratovneftegeofizika has five subsidiaries in the Saratov region in Russia. Production is 1 million barrels of oil per year. Recoverable reserves are 9.7 million barrels. The deal will be funded by VTB Bank.
