Ramshorn International Ltd., an affiliate of Nabors Industries Ltd., Houston, (NYSE: NBR) has acquired five noncore Colombian oil and gas exploration prospects from Solana Resources Ltd., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: SOR; London: SORL) for approximately US$15.3 million, including the assumption of US$11.9 million in debt. The assets include a production agreement in the Guayabillas, Puma, Guariquies, Alamo and Zeus prospects.
