Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, (London: GKP) has received a purchase offer from an undisclosed company for US$421.7 million, consisting of 276.8 million shares at approximately US$1.52 each. Gulf Keystone is discussing the deal. It has assets on 33,216 square kilometers in Algeria with four blocks in the Constantine Basin and five in the Hassi Ba Hamou Perimeter in the Allal dome area.
