C Level II International Holding Inc., Montreal, (Toronto Venture: CII-P) plans to acquire privately held, Toronto-based Canadian Oil Recovery & Remediation Enterprises Inc. (Corre) for C$17.2 million in stock. Corre shareholders will receive 98 million C Level II shares at C$0.175 each. Corre provides oil recovery and remediation technologies to rehabilitate oil-contaminated sites while recovering the oil. Its Middle Eastern operating company Corre Mena, Dubai, UAE, is 75% controlled by Corre. Prior to the deal, CORRE completed a C$5.3-million offering of convertible debentures, with will convert into 7 million Corre shares that will be included in the shares acquired by C Level II. C Level II plans to change its name after the deal to Canadian Oil Recovery & Remediation Enterprises Ltd. or similar.
