To purchase assets of Terrapoint business unit.

Pulse Data Inc., Calgary, plans to sell the assets of its Terrapoint business unit to a management-led group of Terrapoint for an undisclosed price. Terrapoint is a noncore business of Pulse that the company determined to seek strategic alternatives for to maximize Pulse shareholder value. Terrapoint offers complete airborne LIDAR, digital imaging and GPS surveys for applications such as urban planning, transportation and infrastructure construction and resource development. The deal was expected to close by end of September.
