Brownstone Ventures Inc., Toronto, (CDNX: BWN-V) has acquired assets in Quebec from X-Terra Resources Corp., Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, (Toronto Venture: XT) for C$700,000 in stock and 2 million stock purchase warrants. The assets consist of 50% interest on the Shawinigan, Rimouski and Rimouski North exploration licenses in the Quebec Lowlands covering a total 159,991 hectares.
