Treaty Energy Corp., Abilene, Texas, (OTCBB: ARGY) plans to acquire the Vago #1 project lease in West Texas. Vago #1 is on the eastern shelf of the Permian Basin. Once the acquisition is complete and production begins, Treaty will study and plan for enhanced oil recovery measures to be instituted.
