Weatherford International Ltd., Geneva, Switzerland, (NYSE: WFT) reports that approximately $627.7 million in aggregate principal amount of notes were tendered on Sept. 29.
Pursuant to the maximum tender offer Weatherford International Inc., a Delaware corporation and subsidiary of Weatherford, is offering to purchase its 5.95% senior notes due June 15, 2012. Additionally, Weatherford International Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company and subsidiary of Weatherford, is offering to purchase its 5.15% senior notes due March 15, 2013, and its 4.95% senior notes due October 15, 2013. The maximum tender offer will expire Oct. 20.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are joint lead dealer managers, and Global Bondholder Services Corp. is depositary and information agent.
