In order to repay outstanding amounts under Weatherford Bermuda’s revolving credit facility, Weatherford International Plc opened a private offering of $500 million senior notes due 2024, the company said Nov. 15.
They are senior unsecured obligations that will be guaranteed by Weatherford International Plc and Weatherford International LLC, which is an indirect subsidiary of Weatherford Bermuda.
