Warrior Energy N.V. (TSX VENTURE:WEN) announces a non-brokered private placement, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, of 80,000 common shares at a price of C$1.08 per Share for gross proceeds of C$86,400.
The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company intends to use proceeds from the Offering for general working capital purposes.
