USD Group LLC’s wholly owned subsidiary USD Partners LP filed a public registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to the proposed IPO of common units. The common units will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “USDP.” The number of common units to be offered and the price range of the offering have not yet been determined. The IPO is expected in the second half of this year.
