Houston-based Trendsetter Engineering Inc. said it has been awarded a contract to provide Talos Energy with TC7 Clamp Connection Systems.
Talos plans to use the equipment, scheduled for delivery in 2020, at the Bulleit development in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico’s Green Canyon 21 Block, Trendsetter said in a news release.
Trendsetter’s connection systems feature a proprietary TEX metal-to-metal (MTM) gasket system. The product line includes 2-in. to 16-in. nominal bore sizes and multi‐bore, 400 F and 20,000 psi offerings, the company said.
