Synergy Resources Corp. (SYRG) will offer 10 million common shares in a public offering, the company said Jan. 21.
Underwriters were granted a monthlong option to purchase 1.5 million additional shares.
Net proceeds will support general corporate purposes including Wattenberg Field acreage development, repayment of revolving credit facility debts and 2016 capex funding. Initially, proceeds will repay debts under the facility, Synergy said.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the book-running manager.
Synergy Resources Corp. is based in Denver.
