Synergy Resources Corp. made changes to its management team after its annual meeting, which was held on June 22, the company said June 23.
The Company announced that Michael Eberhard became COO of operations; Nick Spence became COO of development and Craig Rasmuson became executive vice president of business development.
At the annual meeting, CEO Lynn Peterson; Jack Aydin; Daniel Kelly; Paul Korus; Raymond McElhaney; and Rick Wilber were elected to serve on the board of directors for the upcoming year.
Peterson said that the company is continuing to grow its operations in the Wattenberg Field.
