Jeffrey M. Slotterback was appointed CFO of Atlas Energy Group LLC (ATLS) and Atlas Resource Partners LP (ARP), limited liability company Atlas Energy Group LLC said Aug. 31. The appointment is effective Sept. 18.
Currently, Slotterback is chief accounting officer of ATLS and ARP, his role since March 2011. Slotterback has held senior financial management positions at Atlas and predecessor companies since May 2007.
Slotterback will replace Sean McGrath as CFO. McGrath will transition the role to Slotterback over the next several weeks, the company said. Slotterback will continue serving as chief accounting officer.
Previously, Slotterback was a senior auditor at Deloitte and Touche LLP, focused on energy and healthcare.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa. He is certified public accountant.
