On July 28, Baker & McKenzie said that Denmon Sigler joined the firm as a partner, adding more than 17 years of experience advising clients globally on energy-related transactions including M&A, joint ventures and project development.
Baker & McKenzie said she will be a member of the firm’s North American banking, finance and major projects practice, and the North America oil and gas practice.
