Sendero Midstream Partners LP secured equity and long-term producer commitments for construction of a natural gas gathering and processing system in New Mexico from Energy Capital Partners, the company said Jan. 4.
Clay Bretches, president and CEO, said Sendero will serve the northern Delaware Basin.
The system near Carlsbad in Eddy County, N.M., will have low- and high-pressure gas gathering pipelines, a 130 million cubic feet per day cryogenic processing plant and an NGL takeaway pipeline.
It will begin production in third-quarter 2017.
Sendero Midstream Partners LP is owned by Energy Capital Partners.
