Gregory A. Rosenstein was appointed as vice president of investor relations, Exterran Corp. said March 14. He is replacing David Oatman, who is stepping down.
Oatman worked at Exterran and its predecessor Exterran Holdings for 15 years.
Rosenstein has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including 14 years at Superior Energy Services, where his responsibilities included investor relations and corporate planning.
"I would like to thank David Oatman for his many years of service, particularly during our recent spinoff transaction, and wish him well. Greg Rosenstein has a successful track record of building long-standing relationships with the financial community and brings a well-rounded skill set that can help us achieve our goals," Andrew Way, president and CEO, said.
Exterran Corp. is based in Houston.
