Oilfield water management and chemical solutions provider Rockwater Energy Solutions Inc. appointed Holli Ladhani as president and CEO. She was also appointed to the board of directors, the company said June 5.
Most recently, she was executive vice president of the chemical technologies segment and formerly was executive vice president and CFO, Rockwater added.
Also, David Nightingale was appointed as executive vice president and COO. He is former executive vice president of the water management segment, joining it in April 2012 as senior vice president. He has 35 years’ management experience in oilfield services.
Larry O’Donnell, chairman of the board, said he is leaving Rockwater for personal reasons, but will continue serving as chairman of the board and working with Ladhani and the management team.
Rockwater Energy Solutions Inc. is based in Houston.
