Range Resources Corp. (NYSE: RRC) called for redemption all US $250 million in outstanding principal of its 7.25% senior subordinated notes due 2018 at a price of 103.625% of the unpaid principal amount plus accrued interest.
The notes will be redeemed on May 2. Call notices for this issue were sent by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N.A., the trustee for the notes, to all noteholders.
Range Resources Corp. is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of natural gas and oil properties primarily in the Marcellus shale and the liquids rich area of the Southwest. The company is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
