Hydrocarbon and energy business management software provider Quorum acquired ePrime, a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider for upstream oil and gas accounting and administrative services, Quorum said March 1.
The companies will merge, and no deal terms or any financial details were disclosed. ePrime was acquired from Retama Resources LLC.
Quorum will now have BPO services for the upstream sector as well as its current BPO services for the midstream sector. BPO services for upstream will expand in production, revenue distribution, accounts payable, financial reporting, treasury, regulatory, land and division order and other areas.
Energy companies will be able to increase operational efficiency, improve business agility and meet the demands of a changing workforce.
Quorum is based in Houston.
