Production Enhancement Group Inc., Houston, (Toronto: WIS) has entered a joint venture in Mexico with Mexicobased Grupo Creatica SA de CV. The joint-venture company will be 51% owned by Grupo Creatica and will market, sell and support well-intervention systems and services. The company will firs construct six coiled-tubing units funded by or through Grupo Creatica. PEG chief executive Philip Crawford says, “This joint venture, the second we have announced in the fourth quarter, continues our plan to deploy Wise technology in major energy markets around the world by partnering with successful energy-services organizations in key international markets.”
