Platina Energy Group Inc., Cheyenne,
Wyo., (OTCBB: PLTG) plans to acquire a
major stake in the Hall and Kirkpatrick
leases in Swisher and Hale counties,
Texas, from an undisclosed seller for an
undisclosed price. The assets increase the
company’s Palo Duro Basin holdings by
an additional 920 acres.
