Plains E&P Co., Houston, (NYSE: PXP) has priced and increased its public offering and will raise $224.4 million through an offering of 12 million shares at $18.70 each to fund general corporate purposes. Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are joint book-running managers.
Plains has oil and gas assets in California, Texas, Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico.
