Oilfield Water Logistics acquired saltwater disposal wells and producer contracts from GP II Energy Inc., the company said Oct. 10.
The company gained three disposal wells in the Permian Basin and more volume of piped water. The Oasis SWD, Keystone SWD and Topeka SWD wells are in Winkler and Reeves counties, Texas, Oilfield Water Logistics added.
Now the company owns a total of 16 saltwater disposal wells and a water pipeline network.
"GP II was a strategic acquisition for us, as we continue to expand our piped water infrastructure portfolio across Texas, New Mexico and beyond," said CEO Chris Cooper.
Dallas-based Oilfield Water Logistics LLC provides water services in the central and western U.S. It is a Natural Gas Partners portfolio company.
