Private-equity firm Accel-KKR LLC provided an equity investment to Oildex software solutions company, Oildex said Feb. 25. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the company noted.
Vaquero Capital LLC was the financial advisor to Oildex’s parent company, Transzap Inc., for the transaction, Oildex said.
Transzap Inc., based in Denver, is an accounts and business services company. Its subsidiary Oildex provides software solutions to oil and natural gas companies. It is also based in Denver.
Accel-KKR, based in Menlo Park, Calif., provides private-equity to the technology sector.
