James “Jim” M. Collingsworth was appointed to the board of directors of NGL Energy Partners LP’s general partner NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the partnership said in a recent statement. The appointment is effective immediately. Collingsworth will serve as an independent director and was also appointed to the audit committee.
Collingsworth has worked in all facets of the midstream and petrochemical industry for more than 40 years. He retired from Enterprise Products Co. as senior vice president of regulated NGL pipeline & natural gas storage in 2013, and currently serves on the board of directors of Martin Midstream Partners LP.
