Navitas Midstream Partners LLC executed a long-term, fee-based agreement with an investment- grade independent producer to provide gathering and processing services in the northern Eagle Ford Shale in Brazos and Grimes Counties, Texas.
Navitas will build the La Bahía system, which will consist of a 20-inch gas gathering line from Brazos County to the company’s gas processing plant planned for Grimes County. The cryogenic processing plant has an expected completion date in in mid-2015, and has an estimated capacity of about 120 million cubic feet per day.
