Momentum Oil & Gas LLC is offering for sale certain operated and nonoperated assets in Texas’ Fashing Field.
The field is located in Atascosa and Karnes counties. The sale includes additional acreage in Frio and Wilson counties. The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse is the exclusive technical, marketing, and transaction advisor for the sale.
Highlights:
- Operated working interest of 100%;
- Nonoperated working interest of 47-48%
- Average net revenue interest of 82%;
- Current net gas production of 2.2 million cubic feet per day;
- Current net liquid production of 66 barrels per day;
- Significant remaining gas reserves;
- Ultra long-life gas with shallow decline; and
- Significant exploration potential.
Evaluation data will become available Oct. 13 when data rooms open.
