Electric submersible pump company Borets appointed Phyllis Mitchell as vice president of human resources, and appointed Kent C. Crago as vice president of finance, the company said Aug. 12.
They will both be based in Houston.
Mitchell has more than 20 years’ experience in domestic and international oil and natural gas human resources. At Borets she will include direct personnel. She is a certified senior professional in human resources and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Texas HR Pros.
Crago will oversee financial operations, review departmental processes and procedures and develop management reporting packages. He has worked with operational and financial accounting under IFRS and the U.S. GAPP and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
