Canadian holding company MCW Energy Group, which develops environmentally-friendly oil sands technologies and oil production from Utah's oil sands deposits, retained KCSA Strategic Communications to lead its strategic communications and investor relations programs.
KCSA will increase awareness of MCW Energy Group among the institutional investment community.
Gerald Bailey, CEO of MCW, said the company will work with Todd Fromer, managing partner of KCSA, and the KCSA team. Bailey also said that it recently acquired Houston-based E&P Accord GR Energy Inc., and cited this acquisition as a reason the company retained KCSA for investor relations.
KCSA Strategic Communications is based in New York.
