MarkWest Energy Partners LP completed long-term, fee-based agreements to install the Hidalgo Complex cryogenic gas processing plant in the Delaware Basin, the company said June 2.
The plant is in Culberson County, Texas, and is scheduled to be operational in second-quarter 2016.
