White Oak Energy LLC is offering for sale operated assets in the Heard Ranch Field in Bee County in South Texas.
The assets are producing from multiple stacked Frio sands, according to The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, which has been retained to handle the sale.
Highlights:
- 37 operated wells;
- 25 active and one saltwater disposal well;
- 14 behind pipe opportunities;
- 4,230 gross lease acres;
- Actual net cash flow for July was $102,548;
- Working interest is 76.56% to 89.06%; and
- Net revenue interest is 56.22% to 65.43%.
Bids are due Nov. 16. The sale is expected to have a Dec. 1 effective date.
