Urban Oil & Gas Group LLC is offering core Denver-Julesburg (D-J) Basin nonoperated producing properties in Weld County, Colo.
The offer includes potential Niobrara and Codell downspacing opportunities, according to Meagher Energy Advisors, which is handling the sale for the Plano, Texas-based company.
Highlights:
- Interests in 18 horizontal and 34 vertical D-J Basin wells;
- Net production in October is forecasted to be 565 thousand cubic feet per day, 86 barrels per day (bbl/d) of oil and 55 bbl/d of NGL;
- October projected monthly net cash flow is $143,000; and
- Additional overriding royalty wellbore-only interests in the northern part of the basin.
Bids are due Sept. 21. The sale is set to close Oct. 21, with an Oct. 1 effective date.
