LNG America selected Taylor-Wharton to commence FEED work for the cryogenic system on its 3,000 cubic meter Gemini Class LNG bunker vessel, which is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2015.
LNG America’s CEO Keith Meyer said in a statement, “Taylor-Wharton has been actively engaged in the development process and instrumental in helping to develop the critical path time line for a late 2015 in-service date.” LNG America announced previously that Jensen Maritime would be the bunker barge’s naval architect.
