Kingfisher Midstream LLC officially begun full operation of the Kingfisher Midstream Lincoln plant in the Stack play area of Oklahoma earlier this month, ARM Energy (ARM) and HPS Investment Partners LLC said July 11. ARM Midstream began constructing the facility in September 2015 in partnership with capital provided by HPS.
Zach Lee, ARM's CEO, said that the Midstream Lincoln plant will relieve production bottlenecks in the Stack by providing 60,000 cubic feet per day (Mcf/d) of needed processing capacity. The project is anchored by a long-term commitment of more than 100,000 net acres dedicated to Kingfisher Midstream.
Phase one features a state-of-the-art, 60 Mcf/d cryogenic processing plant, more than 100 miles of high and low pressure gas gathering pipeline, more than 100 miles of crude gathering, a 50,000 barrel crude storage facility, condensate stabilization, and six crude oil truck loading stations.
Phase one also includes 15,000 horsepower of compression.
Phase two will feature an additional 200 Mcf/d of processing capacity, incremental gas and crude gathering and added market connectivity.
ARM Energy is based in Houston.
