Jones Energy Inc. (NYSE: JONE) priced a public offering of 7.5 million Class A common shares at $10.25 each, the company said Feb. 11.
Underwriters were granted an option to purchase about 1.1 million more shares.
Net proceeds of about $77 million will repay outstanding revolving credit facility borrowings, Jones said.
Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Securities Inc. are joint book-running managers.
Austin, Texas-based Jones Energy Inc. operates in Oklahoma's Anadarko and Arkoma basins.
