John Ravensbergen became chief technology officer of NCS Multistage Holdings Inc., according to a June 1 press release.
He will lead the corporate technology group, which combines engineering, emerging technology, R&D and intellectual property, identifying and developing new technologies and acquiring and integrating complementary technologies.
Ravensbergen joined NCS as engineering manager in 2011 and has been vice president of R&D since 2012. Prior to joining NCS, he was an engineering manager for Baker Hughes Inc. and for BJ Services.
Ravensbergen has more than 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary.
NCS Multistage Holdings Inc. is based in Houston.
