Imperium Inc. has signed a worldwide licensing arrangement to adapt the company’s ultrasound camera inspection system for subsea applications.
The agreement, with Subsea 7, covers a variety of diver and ROV-mounted uses in an offshore energy setting, according to a news release.
Once Imperium's tools are adapted for subsea usage, the two companies will perform a series of trials on both legacy and advanced materials.
