The oilfield services company HII Technologies Inc. (OTC: HIIT) said on May 1 that it brought on MZ Group as its investor relations advisor.
MZ Group will design a new investor relations program, HII added.
"This is an ideal time for us to increase our outreach to retail, high networth and institutional investors. With each of our three core business -- water, safety and power management -- at an inflection point from an operational and financial perspective, we are extremely excited about our future. We look forward to leveraging MZ's expertise and relationships with small- and micro-cap investors," said Matthew Flemming, HII’s president and CEO.
"We see several outstanding characteristics in HII Technologies that other successful oil and gas companies we have worked with possessed: outstanding assets, a proven and motivated management team and several short- and medium-term catalysts. We see tremendous opportunities to help the company increase its visibility and valuation," said Ted Haberfield, president for MZ North America.
Houston-based HII Technologies Inc. works in domestic oil fields.
MZ Group is a subsidiary of a global investor relations consulting firm, @titude Global. MZ is based in New York.
