Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. opened a public offering of 21 million common shares, the company said Jan. 4.
The underwriters will receive a 30-day option to purchase 3.15 million additional shares.
The net proceeds will support general corporate purposes including debt repayment, capex and working capital.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are joint book-running managers.
