Andrew Hinkly and Charles Williamson joined the board of directors of gas-to-liquids technology company Greyrock Energy Inc.
Hinkly is currently executive head of marketing for Anglo American Platinum, which he joined in 2008 as group head of procurement and supply chain. Previously, he worked for 20 years at Ford Motor Co. He has experience in finance, purchasing, strategy and new market development.
Currently, Williamson is the lead director of Weyerhaeuser Co. and PACCAR Inc. He was Unocal’s chairman and CEO for five years until its acquisition by Chevron Corp. (NYSE: CVX), where he was executive vice president until 2005.
Williamson also was chairman of Talisman Energy until its acquisition by Repsol SA in 2015, and chairman of Weyerhaeuser Co. for six years. He has broad energy sector experience, Greyrock said.
