FTS International, Inc. (“FTSI”) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FTS International Services, LLC has extended the expiration time of its consent solicitation relating to its 7.125% Senior Notes due 2018 to 8:00 a.m., New York City time, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.
FTSI Services has retained Global Bondholder Services Corporation to serve as its information agent for the consent solicitation.
