Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd. has named Charles (Chuck) Davison Jr. as the chairman of the board of its wholly owned subsidiary, Fairfield Geotechnologies, the company said Aug. 14.
Davison joined FairfieldNodal in June 2015 as president and CEO. During his three years with the company, he has been instrumental in repositioning Fairfield Geotechnologies as a leading provider of marine and land multiclient seismic, ocean bottom node technology and diversified geophysical services. Under his leadership, the company emerged from a difficult industry downturn with a stronger core business and is strategically positioned to expand its portfolio of products and services.
“Chuck’s leadership and dedication reflects the core values of our company,” Anthony Dowd, Fairfield Maxwell’s CEO, said. “Chuck’s innovative thinking has delivered customer-focused geophysical and technology solutions that will continue to be key to Fairfield Geotechnologies’ growth for years to come.”
