Wellsite service provider Enservco Corp. (OTC: ENSV) was approved to list on NYSE MKT, and trading is scheduled to begin March 10, the company said March 5.
The company’s current ticker “ENSV” will be used on NYSE MKT, the company added.

Enservco has delivered strong operational and financial growth in recent quarters, and we anticipate our transition to the NYSE MKT will help facilitate continued growth in shareholder value."
Scott Cutler, head of global listings for NYSE Euronext and the company's executive vice president, said “"As we continue to grow our NYSE's community of growth-oriented companies, we are excited to welcome Enservco."
He added, "The NYSE MKT fully integrated trading platform, which combines leading technology with the human participation of designated market makers, is a great fit to support the company's ongoing maturation."
Enservco, based in Denver, Colo., serves domestic oil and natural gas fields through operating subsidiaries.
