Ensco Plc priced an upsized public offering of 57 million Class A shares at $9.25 each, the company said April 15.
Originally, 50 million Class A shares were offered. Underwriters received a month-long option to purchase about 8.5 million additional shares.
Net proceeds will support general corporate purposes. The offering is scheduled to close April 20.
Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., DNB Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are book-running managers.
