EnLink Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENLK) opened a secondary offering of 17,997,296 common units that represent limited partner interests owned by GSO Crosstex Holdings LLC and some of its affiliates, who are the selling unitholders, the company said March 20.
EnLink Midstream will not receive proceeds, and the total number of outstanding common units will remain unchanged, the company said.
The offer is underwritten by Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C), EnLink Midstream said, adding that Citigroup may offer the common units on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), over-the-counter (OTC) or through negotiated transactions.
EnLink Midstream is a Dallas, Texas-based midstream provider formed through the merger of Crosstex Energy Inc. and the domestic midstream assets of Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN).
