Endeavour International Corp., Houston, (NYSE: END; London: ENDV) plans to redeem all of its outstanding $81.25 million of 6% senior notes due 2012 with a portion of the proceeds from its recently completed offering of common stock.
Endeavour expects to redeem the notes by April 20 at a redemption price of 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.
