Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP, Houston, (Nasdaq: EROC) has named Joseph A. Mills chairman and chief executive
following the recent acquisition of properties throughout the U.S. from Houston-based Montierra Minerals & Production LP. Mills was CEO of Montierra.
Alex A. Bucher has been named president and chief operating officer. He was CEO of Eagle Rock Energy G&P LLC, general partner Eagle Rock Energy GP LP which in turn is general partner with Eagle Rock Energy Partners.
